BalletCollective and Millbrook Community Partnership invite art lovers of all ages to participate in a free hands-on introduction to the signature BalletCollective Process—the collaborative method at the heart of how BalletCollective creates new work.

Following a short movement class, participants are invited to move through three stations: movement exploration, music exploration, and a visual art crafting station. Together, the stations reflect the three core elements, choreography, music composition, and contemporary art, that come together in every BalletCollective production.

No prior dance, music, or art experience is required. The afternoon will be especially fun for ages 2-10. Attendees are invited to mingle with their instructors over lemonade and cookies afterwards and ask any questions they may have about a life in the arts. Please note, the event is free but registration is recommended.
